Revitalizing the Middlesex Veterinary Center

A beloved veterinary center, serving the community since 2001, embarked on a transformative journey. With 3,500 square feet in a new building awaiting renewal, the owners spearheaded a design-build project to modernize the existing space.

Despite a remarkably tight timeline, Walker Development rose to the challenge, working tirelessly to achieve the client's fixed grand opening date.

Demolition cleared the path for a fresh start, unveiling the potential for a state-of-the-art, functional layout. Natural light floods the waiting area, complemented by a welcoming reception desk. Expansive storage areas, kennels, and a spacious lab, along with an employee kitchen, bring a more refined feel.

The examination rooms were designed with advanced equipment, ensuring precision diagnostics and private consultations. The surgical suites are sterile environments equipped for complex procedures, with adjacent recovery areas promoting patient comfort.

As the project concluded, the Middlesex Veterinary Center emerged anew—a beacon of healing and compassion. It is not only now a more innovational business but also strengthens bonds within the community.
