New Upscale Tenant Office Space

Walker Development together with The Kane Group and McFarland and Johnson Engineering, created an upscale office build-out on the 2nd floor at 273 Corporate Drive in Portsmouth, NH.

The project consisted of new offices and a new spacious kitchen with an island, seating, countertops, sink, and cabinets. Both areas showcase new dimmer-controlled lighting, new carpet, vinyl composite tile flooring, and soft-toned paint.

The space allows for more natural light to flow through, a corner conference room, as well as open space for team collaboration.

A beautiful tenant fit-out with the interior floor plan additions completed with precision in addition to an upgraded fire alarm and sprinkler system and new HVAC.
