Heart Health and Purposeful Mixed-Use Office and Clean Room

Knowing the tenant would occupy the space for office use, research, and a clean room, we immediately set forth with a multi-faceted approach to working closely with the client to create a new layout upon demolition which in essence also houses a building within a building. We worked in unison with the client’s clean room vendor to ensure a controlled environment with separate systems for heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), sprinklers, lighting, flooring, and walls.

Building the cleanroom and adjacent environments was a multi-stage construction process that followed particular protocols to ensure the integrity of the cleanroom and our client’s brand.
