Exceeding Client Expectations— A New Client, a New Tenant Use, and a New Floor Plan 

Building a partnership and securing success with our client was a top priority, with a goal of a fast-track conversion of a 2022 square foot office space over to a mixed-use office and innovative rehabilitation space. Together, we created a new floor plan to accommodate new tenant use. 

With an expert team gathered, we began a select demo of the space to accommodate the new layout. Modifications included replacing the existing ceiling space as well as upgrading the HVAC and electrical to meet new client specifications. In addition to a welcoming reception area, we installed carpet and upgraded rubber flooring throughout, as well as a new janitor’s sink and a 50-gallon hot water heater with associated piping throughout.
